Last studio booking starts at 6 pm. Events may run until 10 pm.
Studio rentals
- Studio rentals are paid in full when you book.
- Bookings include up to 6 people. Add up to 6 more at $30 each, for 12 people at most.
- A $250 Damage Protection Deposit is required for groups of more than 6. It is refundable.
- Weekend bookings (Fri–Sun) have a 2-hour minimum.
Cancellations and rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free, with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Overtime
There is a 15-minute grace period at the end of your booking. After that, overtime is $100 per 30 minutes, and only if the next slot is free.
Events
- Events are booked by inquiry and confirmed with a signed agreement.
- To hold your date: a 50% Booking Deposit, plus any add-ons.
- The balance is due 14 days before the event. If it is not paid, the date is released and the Booking Deposit is kept.
- A Door Host is required for 16 or more guests.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule an event once, if you ask at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Moving to a weekend date means paying the price difference. Third-party vendor rebooking fees are paid by the client.
End time and late stay
All events end by 10 pm, with everyone and everything out of the space. We suggest wrapping up by 9:30 pm for 20 guests or fewer, and by 9 pm for more than 20. Late stay is $300 per hour after 10 pm.
Damage Protection Deposit
- Studio: $250 for groups of more than 6.
- Events: $500 for up to 15 guests, $1,000 for 16 or more. Paid with the Booking Deposit or with the balance, 14 days before.
- Refunded within 7 days after the walkthrough if nothing is damaged or missing. Always refunded if the venue is not used.
House rules
Not allowed in the studio:
- Confetti or glitter
- Haze or smoke machines
- Candles or open flames
- Alcohol during studio rentals
- Pets
Minors are welcome with an adult.
Outside vendors
Outside caterers, bartenders, DJs and other vendors are welcome with our approval. Each must show business registration, proof of insurance and all required DC permits and licenses. We can also provide catering, bar and DJ services, quoted on inquiry.
